We try to keep timings, facilities, plans and offers up to date, but they can change without notice. Please confirm the details with the branch before you visit or pay. Photos show our branches but equipment and layout may change.

No membership, payment or booking is made through this website. Sending the form only asks us to contact you.

Free trials and offers

You must be 18 or older to take a free trial.

Free trials and any offers shown on the site are at the gym's discretion and may come with conditions that the branch will explain. We can change or end an offer at any time.

Your health

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Exercise has risks. Check with a doctor before you start training, especially if you have a heart condition, injury, are pregnant or have any other health concern. Tell your trainer about it before your first session.

Using the gym, including a free trial, is covered by the rules and forms you sign at the branch.
